LabourHealth Privacy and Information Collection Policy
This policy applies to how LabourHealth may collect, use, store or disclose personal information. LabourHealth is bound by the privacy act 1998 and all 13 principles as outlined in the act.
If you only browse our website, we do not collect information that identifies you personally, though we may collect information related to your visit to our website such as IP address and location details etc, we will only collect information that is reasonably necessary for the performance or appraisal of our website activity.
If you communicate with us through our website and voluntarily provide personal or corporate information, such as by using the “contact” button, your information will be held securely by LabourHealth. We do not collect or use this information for any unlawful purpose and will not knowingly provide, distribute or divulge your information to any entity or business outside of
the Labourforce Impex group unless ordered so through a court order issued from an Australian jurisdiction.
We will maintain your information on secure databases for our own billing, marketing and contact purposes unless you expressly request to have this information removed. You have a right to access what information we may hold about you or your business and can request a copy by written submission, we reserve the right to charge a minimal fee for accessing and providing this information.

We conduct transactions electronically as well as in hard copy and by face to face measures. If Trading with LabourHealth
If your business trades with LabourHealth, we will retain activity and personal information details on our secure databases solely for the purposes of (a) recording business transactional history, (b) to utilise raw data as part of statistical analysis, at no time will we knowingly provide, distribute or divulge your information to any entity or business outside of the Labourforce Impex group unless ordered so through a court order issued from an Australian jurisdiction.
